Lane College 2026 Graduation

Served as a creative lead and production coordinator for Lane College’s Spring 2026 Graduation Weekend, leading and supporting multimedia production across a series of high level institutional events including the Pilgrimage Walk, Baccalaureate Service, and Commencement Ceremony. This work required strategic planning, team coordination, and real time execution to ensure key moments were documented with both professionalism and storytelling intent.

In this role, I facilitated and directed a production team consisting of two student photographers and one faculty member capturing video. I developed a structured photography coverage plan across multiple events, assigning roles based on strengths including close shots, wide shots, and candid coverage. I also led walkthroughs during commencement rehearsal to align positioning, shot composition, and coverage expectations.

Additionally, I personally captured key moments such as candid interactions, audience reactions, and leadership presence. I managed daily media uploads and organization to ensure immediate access for review and use, and maintained communication with leadership to ensure all deliverables aligned with institutional expectations.
